Characteristic:

This product is a rubber-sealed butterfly valve, which is widely used in drainage pipeline

systems in electric power, water conservancy, chemical industry, construction and other

industries as a device to control the opening and closing or adjustment of medium flow.

Has the following characteristics:

1. Small and lightweight, easy to disassemble and repair, and can be installed at any location;2. The structure is simple and compact, and the 90° rotation opens and closes quickly;

3. The operating torque is small, labor-saving and lightweight;

4. The flow characteristics tend to be linear and the adjustment performance is good;

5. The number of opening and closing experiments can reach tens of thousands of times and the service life is long;

Standard Test :

Body Test: 1.5 times the working pressure with water. This test is performed after valve assembly and with disc in half position open, it is called as a body hydro test.

Seat Test: 1.1 times the working pressure with water.

Function / Operation Test: At the time of final inspection, each valve and its actuator (Flow-Control Lever / Gear / Pneumatic Actuator), under goes a complete operating test (Open/Close). This test carried out without pressure and at ambient temperature. It ensures the correct operation of the valve / actuator assembly with accessories such as solenoid valve, limit switches, air filter regulator etc.

Special Test: On request, any other test can be carried out according to special instruction by client.
